Our Pinnacle Peak Residence, Then and Now

One of Hacin’s first-ever projects, the Pinnacle Residence in Scottsdale, AZ was completed in 1995 and combines clean architectural lines with natural elements to create a calming oasis within its desert environment. The residence, now coming onto the real estate market after nearly 30 years with its original owner, was designed by David Hacin at the beginning of our firm’s story and received an Excellence in Housing Design Award from the Boston Society for Architecture and AIA in 1996.

We’re taking a walk down memory lane, comparing the project when it was first completed to how it looks now- we think the residence has aged pretty well, especially thriving under the owner’s green thumb! Cheers to Pinnacle Peak, we’re wishing the new owners decades of happiness and memories within it.
