Hacin Welcomes New Intern Dominik Wit
We’re pleased to introduce a new intern in the office in this new year! Dominik Wit, currently an architecture student at Northeastern University, is joining us at Hacin for the Spring semester. Dominik grew up in Australia and formerly studied Civil Engineering at Queensland University of Technology. Following his studies and some experience at a small engineering firm, Dominik traveled for a few years throughout the East coast of the US and Europe, eventually settling in the US with his wife. With a renewed passion for design, he returned to study Architecture at Northeastern University, including a minor in Urban Landscape. As a student member of Freedom by Design, Dominik helped build a wheelchair access ramp for a synagogue in Cambridge and has recently completed studying abroad in Berlin where he developed a great interest for adaptive reuse and socially responsible design. In his spare time, Dominik enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking, mountain biking, snowboarding, and playing the drums.
