Douglass Park Receives BRA approval

Hacin is happy to announce the BRA approval of 150 Camden at Douglass Park in Lower Roxbury! Working with the Hamilton Company, the team at Hacin has designed a contextually conscious five-story new building which brings 44 units to this up-and-coming neighborhood. At the public BRA/EDIC Board Meeting last week, the Boston Redevelopment Authority offered their support for the project and complimented the project team for the integration of several three bedroom units, hoping to encourage young families to stay within the city and be a growing part of the community. Construction will begin May 1st!
