The recently completed Cannistraro Offices incorporate the company`s branding elements and inherent culture throughout the interiors, creating a new workplace and home base for a workforce with an organically hybrid schedule.

At Hacin, we`re happy to welcome our newest co-op from @northeastern, Griffin Prushinski, to our studio! He will be spending the spring semester and half of the summer with us and is already hard at work on residential design projects with our team.

In school and the office, collaborating with peers and coworkers has always shown me a new perspective of my work or something I might have overlooked. A successful design process is never done alone, but rather through the help of those around us."

The five-floor spiral staircase in our Beacon Courtyard TH project (constructed for a previous owner of the home) was preserved during the renovation process and painted black to solidify the residence`s high-contrast aesthetic. Pieces from the client`s extensive art collection, including these from #whitfieldlovell`s `Kin` series, make appearances throughout the home`s stairways.

@themoorelandhouse is a boutique condominium project currently under construction on Commonwealth Avenue in the Back Bay. With architecture, branding, and unit and lobby interiors conceived by Hacin, the project is a true interdisciplinary project we`re excited to see come to life!

Contemporary millwork and lighting highlight a distinguished main conference room in a recent workplace project for a consulting firm located in Boston`s Fort Point neighborhood.

At Hacin`s Hermosa Beach House (completed in collaboration with @laneylainc), the lower level opens to a sunken patio and firepit, allowing one to enjoy the movement of The Strand, an adjacent paved beach walking and biking path, from the comfort of the home.

Mentally, we`re enjoying a drink or bite beachside at @seacrestcapecod`s nautical-inspired Lantern Room, which opened this past summer with a full suite of Hacin`s architectural, interiors, and visual identity work.

@forefronteyecare, a downtown Boston concierge eye care and retail space, was completed last year by Hacin`s architecture and interiors teams. An emphasis on wellness and tranquility was highlighted throughout the overall concept, utilizing a color palette of greens and grays, a minimalist aesthetic, and natural materials for a serene environment.

@ironworksbos has been awarded a 2024 Metamorphosis Award from @retrofitmag, honored for "successfully repurposing the existing industrial buildings to preserve historic fabric while re-invigorating its surroundings." The South Boston project features the adaptive reuse of the existing Cole Hersee buildings along Old Colony Avenue, originally used for electrical equipment manufacturing.

For Hacin`s recent work at @seacrestcapecod, a new general store concept replaced the property`s former gift shop. Old Silver`s Provisions, which supplies various vacation goods and snacks for resort visitors, was designed with new custom millwork and storage for retail display, as well as branding and signage.
