Mission Hill Site to be Transformed

The Boston Redevelopment Authority has announced the approval of a mixed-use transit-oriented development project on the former site of the Boston Clutch Works in Mission Hill.

The 75,000 square foot project at 1486 Tremont Street will include 66 rental units and street level commercial space wrapped around a courtyard garden, providing valuable open space for residents.
