Allen & Gerritsen

Allen & Gerritsen approached Sasaki Associates, former partner firm of Hacin, to design their new suburban offices in Boston’s Seaport District. The design team worked to create an engaging, innovative space that facilitates collaboration and reflects A&G’s unique culture. The design approach contrasts that of the agency’s former offices with open, communal space and views of Boston Harbor. The office’s layout supports innovation with a variety of collaborative workspaces, including a large ‘commons’ area near the main conference room to bridge the divide between employees and clients. Additional features include a media room for focused presentations, comfortable nooks for one-on-one interactions, and ‘telephone rooms’ for private moments. Overall, the new design ensures all employees have a space to be productive and creative, encouraging growth and vitality for the agency.
