FP3 | Model Homes

In the fall of 2009, Hacin worked with Boston Home Magazine to design the Concept Home at FP3. Located in a duplex penthouse in a Hacin-designed building [FP3], the eclectic space was the result of collaboration with a dynamic group of local vendors. The space celebrates contrast and reuse, with juxtapositions of high and low, modern and vintage.

Similarly, the design team approached a loft apartment as a model unit designed from the outside-in. The modern aesthetic and juxtaposition of materials that characterize the building’s exterior is carried through to the interior using a palette of rich colors, metallic finishes, and natural wood textures to showcase sophisticated urban living.
